Besides dedicating ourself to growing, we also began making our own wine.

This is our first barrel, bottle and glass. Following the footsteps of so many wine aficionados who were finally able to follow their dream, from tasting others' work into creating their own, we bottled our 2006 "Birthday Edition" in 2007.
Fermented spontaneously, aged in the tiniest of new French Oak barrels for 6 months, the first year gave us hints of Beaujolais Nouveau. (OK, it was pretty raw...:)
